We are looking for a full time Assistant Manager, on site at Mindful Wing Chun in Hong Kong. They will be responsible for tasks related to daily operations, team coordination, customer service, sales support, and project management within the Wing Chun studio.

Key Responsibilities
- Training and Instruction: Assist in teaching classes for both adults and children, ensuring adherence to the principles of the Chu Shong Tin lineage.
- Student Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them progress in their Wing Chun practice.
- Class Management: Organize class schedules, manage attendance, and ensure that all training sessions run smoothly.
- Community Engagement: Foster a welcoming environment for students and parents, promoting a sense of community within the studio.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks such as enrolment processes, payment collections, and inventory management of training equipment.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute workshops, seminars, and other events to enhance student engagement and promote the studio.
Past Experience and Qualification Requirements:
- Must have the right to work in Hong Kong without sponsorship.
- Must have at least 3 years practicing and 1 year teaching specifically Chu Shong Tin lineage Wing Chun.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with instructors and students.
- Certification: Relevant certifications in martial arts instruction are preferred.
- Passion for Martial Arts: A genuine enthusiasm for Wing Chun and commitment to its principles.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of the local culture and community dynamics in Hong Kong.
